UN Sustainable Development Goals

Grounded in Global Frameworks

ProSphere CIC aligns its work with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030.

Our programmes directly contribute to five of the 17 SDGs, reflecting our commitment to education, gender equality, decent work, reduced inequalities, and global partnership. Race at Work Charter

ProSphere CIC is a proud signatory of the Business in the Community (BITC) Race at Work Charter — a public commitment to improving outcomes for Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic employees in the workplace.

The Race at Work Charter was launched in 2018 following the Race in the Workplace Review, led by Baroness McGregor-Smith. It calls on employers to take action to ensure that ethnic minority individuals are represented at all levels of their organisations. ProSphere CIC has signed the charter because we believe that race equality is not optional — it is a fundamental requirement of any organisation committed to fairness, inclusion, and social justice.

"Signing the Race at Work Charter is a statement of intent. It means we are committed to taking active, measurable steps to ensure that race equality is embedded in everything we do — from how we recruit, to how we support career progression, to how we build partnerships."
— Shofique, Founder, ProSphere CIC
"The Race at Work Charter is a powerful tool for change. Organisations that sign it are making a public commitment to take action — and that commitment matters. We are proud to have ProSphere CIC as a signatory."
— Sandra Kerr CBE, Race Equality Director, Business in the Community
