STEM and Industry Engagement

ProSphere delivers STEM and industry engagement programmes that connect young people and community members with real employers, sector professionals, and career pathways in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Through employer insight sessions, skills workshops, and industry talks, we help participants build digital confidence, explore career options, and develop the technical and professional skills needed to compete in today's labour market.

Our STEM programmes are particularly focused on increasing representation from underserved communities, ensuring that young people from diverse backgrounds have equal access to high-growth industries and the opportunities within them.
