ProSphere CIC is a Community Interest Company based in East London. We are a social enterprise committed to breaking barriers to employment and building confidence for people who face disadvantage — particularly those who are underrepresented in the labour market.
We provide tailored employability support, mentoring, and community programmes that help individuals take meaningful steps towards independence and economic participation. Our work spans employability workshops, one-to-one coaching, ESOL support, STEM engagement, and Section 106 employment planning.
We believe that access to opportunity should not depend on your background, your language, or where you were born. ProSphere exists to change that — one person, one programme, one community at a time.
Our mission is to empower individuals and communities by providing access to education, employment support, and economic opportunity. We focus on removing structural barriers and building the skills, networks, and confidence that people need to thrive.
We exist to create real opportunities for people to develop their skills, confidence and networks — because we believe that when individuals succeed, communities flourish.
