A Social Enterprise Built for Community

ProSphere CIC is a Community Interest Company based in East London. We are a social enterprise committed to breaking barriers to employment and building confidence for people who face disadvantage — particularly those who are underrepresented in the labour market.

We provide tailored employability support, mentoring, and community programmes that help individuals take meaningful steps towards independence and economic participation. Our work spans employability workshops, one-to-one coaching, ESOL support, STEM engagement, and Section 106 employment planning.

We believe that access to opportunity should not depend on your background, your language, or where you were born. ProSphere exists to change that — one person, one programme, one community at a time.

ProSphere works with individuals who face the greatest barriers to employment and economic participation. Our programmes are designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward.

Refugees & Asylum Seekers

Dedicated ESOL, employability and integration support for individuals rebuilding their lives in the UK, with a focus on East London communities.

Women Returning to Work

Confidence-building programmes, flexible mentoring and practical skills support for women re-entering the workforce after a career break.

Young People & NEET

Employer insight events, STEM engagement and career pathway support for young people not in education, employment or training.

Long-Term Unemployed

Structured coaching, CV support, mock interviews and job search strategy for individuals who have been out of work for an extended period.

Local Communities

Neighbourhood-level programmes across East London boroughs, working with local partners to deliver accessible, community-rooted support.

Ethnic Minority Individuals
