SECTION 106
Section 106 Employment & Skills Support ProSphere CIC works in partnership with developers and contractors to deliver Employment and Skills Plans (ESPs) that meet Section 106 obligations while creating meaningful impact. Our community rooted approach connects local people, especially those facing disadvantage, to real opportunities through mentoring, training, and inclusive recruitment. We help you meet compliance requirements and contribute to long-term social value by opening doors to sustainable employment, personal growth, and community resilience.
