Based in East London, we understand the challenges local people face and design our programmes around real community needs.
Our work is hands on, from CV support and interview preparation to mentoring, employer insight sessions and STEM projects that open real pathways into work.
We look beyond job numbers, supporting people to access fair pay, sustainable careers and the confidence to progress long term.
We collaborate with employers, universities, charities and local services to connect people with opportunities that make a lasting difference.
