ProSphere CIC builds its work around internationally recognised frameworks used by leading organisations to drive meaningful social impact. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) inform the way we design learning, promote inclusion and strengthen the communities we serve. Our programmes reflect the priorities set out in SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 17 (Partnerships).
Our delivery is grounded in the real needs of local people. With funding from the London Borough of Havering, we provide programmes for refugees, residents and individuals who face barriers to skills, digital confidence and employment. Our work connects people to opportunities, builds confidence and creates pathways that support long-term change.
We embed responsible practice across everything we do. ProSphere CIC is a Disability Confident Committed Employer, a Plastic Free Award Champion, and is progressing its commitment to racial equality through the Race Equality Charter. These standards underpin our approach to fairness, accessibility and environmentally responsible delivery, and reflect the values that guide every programme and partnership.
